Shipping policy
Standard Shipping: 5–12 Business Days
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days.
We source our products from trusted vendors across the US, Europe, and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices, high-quality materials, and on-trend designs.
Because we ship from multiple warehouses, including international locations, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on your shipping destination.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: During peak seasons (such as holidays, Black Friday, or major sales), shipping times may be slightly extended due to high demand or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Incorrect Address
Amoria.uk is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please double-check that your billing and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
If an address error was made on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend the original order at no extra cost to you.
Delivered but Not Received
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier (via tracking scan and/or delivery photo), the responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
If a parcel goes missing after a confirmed delivery, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or contacting your local courier depot directly.
Amoria.uk is not liable for parcels that go missing after confirmed delivery.
Customers who prefer a more secure delivery method (e.g. signed delivery) should select Priority + Insured Shipping at checkout, if available.
In Transit Protection
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you’re eligible for a reshipment or refund if your order is lost in transit.
If you chose Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will still reship your package if it goes missing during transit, but not after confirmed delivery.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
